By accessing and using the E-ARI (Enterprise AI Readiness Intelligence) Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

E-ARI Platform provides comprehensive enterprise AI readiness assessment services, including:

Benchmarking and scoring capabilities
Detailed assessment reports and recommendations
Industry comparison and analytics
Strategic roadmap development tools
Enterprise user management and role-based access control
Multi-tenant architecture with organization-level data isolation
Customer success and onboarding programs
Support ticketing and knowledge base systems
Privacy compliance and data residency management
SOC 2 Type II compliance framework
Operational resilience and disaster recovery
API integrations and SSO support
3. User Registration and Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Enterprise accounts support multiple users with role-based permissions
SSO integration available for enterprise customers
Organization administrators can manage user access and permissions
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes all assessments conducted, data submitted, and actions taken by authorized users within your organization.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plan Types
Free Tier: Limited assessments with basic features
Scale-Up: $999 one-time payment for enhanced capabilities
Enterprise: $2,999 one-time payment for full feature access including:
Multi-user accounts with RBAC
Customer success and onboarding programs
Privacy compliance and data residency controls
SOC 2 Type II compliance framework
API access and SSO integration
Operational resilience features
Government: Custom pricing with specialized compliance features
4.2 Payment Terms
One-time payments are processed immediately upon subscription upgrade
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
Government entities may arrange alternative payment methods
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Uses
Conduct legitimate AI readiness assessments for your organization
Generate reports for internal business purposes
Share assessment results within your organization
Use insights for strategic planning and decision-making
5.2 Prohibited Uses
Reverse engineering or attempting to access platform source code
Creating false or misleading assessment data
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
Using the platform for competitive intelligence against other users
Attempting to compromise platform security or other users' data
Reselling or redistributing platform access without authorization
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Ownership
The E-ARI Platform, including its assessment methodologies, algorithms, reports templates, and user interface, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Data Rights
You retain ownership of your assessment data and responses. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement and industry research.
6.3 Report Usage
Generated reports may be used within your organization and shared with stakeholders. Commercial redistribution or publication requires explicit written permission.

8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime Commitment
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the platform, excluding scheduled maintenance periods announced in advance. Enterprise customers benefit from:

Incident response and resolution procedures
Backup and recovery systems with defined RTO/RPO targets
8.2 Maintenance and Updates
Regular maintenance may temporarily limit platform availability
Feature updates and improvements are deployed regularly
Critical security updates may be applied with minimal notice
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
E-ARI Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for business decisions made based on assessment results
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-ARI Platform from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the platform in violation of these terms
Your assessment data or responses
Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Data deletion will occur according to our retention policy.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. Immediate termination may occur for serious violations.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through:
Email notifications to registered users
Platform announcements
Updated terms publication dates
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable jurisdiction laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
